Details about your project, such as the service you want, rough size, timing and any notes.
Choices you make in our estimate, planner and paver design tools, if you send them to us.
Photos and messages you send us by text or email, and details you leave on a call or voicemail.

The pages you visit, the page that sent you here, and the time and length of your visit.

Information that is already public

Reviews you post about us on Google or another review site are public. Our website can show them through an embedded reviews widget.

In short, the categories of personal information we collect are: contact details, project and property details, the content of your messages and photos, and technical and usage data about your visit.

To schedule visits, prepare estimates and carry out projects.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we use it to send the messages you agreed to receive, such as replies to your inquiry, estimate and appointment messages and project updates. Agreeing to texts is optional and is not a condition of getting an estimate or buying anything. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Our full text messaging terms are in our Terms of Service.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Photos and message content you send us by text are stored in our business systems and used to prepare your estimate.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not give it to third parties for their own direct marketing. We share information only in these ways:

Service providers that work on our behalf, such as the platform we use for our website, customer records, scheduling and messaging (we use GoHighLevel, also called LeadConnector), our text and email delivery providers, website hosting and analytics. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
Professional advisers, such as accountants and lawyers, where needed.
When the law requires it, or to protect our rights, property or safety.
If the business is sold or transferred, in which case the information may go to the new owner.

Cookies, analytics and third-party content
