These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and the tools on it, run by Marin Landscaping ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

About this website

This website is for general information about our paver, concrete and fence services. It is not professional advice, an offer or a bid. Services, availability and details can change without notice.

Photos and videos. Images and videos on this site may be stock or illustrative. They may not show our completed projects, crew or customers.

Estimator, planner and design tools

Our estimator, planner and paver design tools give rough planning figures and ideas only. They are not a quote, bid, offer or contract. Real costs depend on a site visit and can differ materially because of soil, grade, access, permits, materials and the scope of work.

Free estimates and project contracts

Our estimates are free. An estimate is not binding on either of us. Any project needs a separate written contract that meets California requirements and is signed by both of us before work begins. If anything on this website conflicts with that contract, the contract controls.

Service area and availability

We list the Bay Area cities where we work, but listing a city is not a promise that we can take every job there or at any particular time.

If you give us your phone number or email address, you agree that we may contact you about your request. Agreeing to receive texts is optional and is not a condition of getting an estimate or buying anything. Our text messaging terms are below.

SMS terms

Marin Landscaping ("we", "us") sends text messages to people who request an estimate or information through this website, or who text us first. Messages may include replies to your inquiry, estimate and appointment scheduling and reminders, and project updates. If you separately agreed to promotional messages, they may also include special offers and seasonal promotions.

How you opt in: by checking the optional, unchecked text message box on a form on this website, or by texting us first. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving an estimate.
Message frequency: message frequency varies.
Rates: message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you and to us. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your text or data plan.
Opt out: you can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number you received messages from. You can also use CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT or END. After you send STOP, we will send you one text to confirm you have been unsubscribed, and no other messages after that. To join again, use the sign-up form on this website or text us.

Carriers: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy: no mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our Privacy Policy.

What you send us

When you send us photos, project details or messages, you confirm that you have the right to send them. We use them to prepare estimates and respond to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. We will not use your photos in our marketing without asking you first.

Our content

The text, logo and design of this website belong to us or our licensors. Stock photos and videos belong to their owners and are used under license. You may view the site for your own personal use. Please do not copy, scrape or reuse our content without our permission.

Third-party links, widgets and reviews

The site may link to or embed content from other providers, such as a reviews widget, fonts, maps or video. We do not control that content, and it is covered by the provider's own terms and privacy policy. Reviews are the opinions of the people who wrote them.

Acceptable use

Please do not use the site unlawfully, send false or misleading information, try to interfere with the site or its security, or collect data from it by automated means.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes about the use of this website will be handled in the state or federal courts located in San Mateo County, California, unless the law requires another place.

We may update these Terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
